As chains go, they're decent. The regular tacos are deplorable and their "hot hot" sauce is actually weaksausce, but the rest of their stuff is pretty decent. And yeah, they serve fries, but then again they serve burgers as well (their fries are actually some of the better fast food french fries out there). As for the franchise interiors, what do you expect? It's a friggin' fast food restaurant. The only thing Taco Smell does better is hard-shell tacos, and those not by much.
