words form a meaning, meaning develops an understanding, an understanding harbors emotion, and emotion changes your perception of reality.

Your description is all bullsh*t, as evidenced by the German language. Nobody could possibly understand it, and they obviously have no emotions, but that is still their reality.

votes have a numeric denotation, which developers an assumed quality or tone of the comment, which harbors an emotion in favor of or biased towards that comment depending on whether or not you agree, which ties you down to being a VoteF*g, that's why I wanted to post a question in earnest before voting

well what I really meant was, do you believe that words in art are bad in general since they supposedly tie us to reality? are you saying it's better to just use imagery and let people come to their own conclusions, because imagery is no more indifferent than language

No I was trying to convey my thought process on what I was feeling at the time I was making this. How my perception of reality is developed and how words can be used and deciphered in a way that they are actually controlling and affecting my emotion, and changing my perceived reality.

No, I believe words are a form of expression, and thus can be interpreted in a different manner for each individual. Words plus imagery can be used together to help convey a singular meaning, but one or the other is not inherently better than the other.

ok I'm glad that's what you intended because I love words like "This is funny in China"

I think it was just the phrase "ties you down" that I took as a negative sort of connotation, coupled with the whole "spitting hate" aspect of the ytmnd. I dunno.
