I love the artwork, especially the moon and the palm tree. It reminds me of an oil painting in a way. I think if you just kept the music to the xylophone part it would add to the effect of eerie silent night alone on an island.

i think that the hate against this site is an shows emo-hating has gone too far. it's an interesting take on a classic song (if you think about it, the lyrics are surprisingly dark) with good artwork (tho i admit it may not be everyone's style). but because the site designer takes a moodier approach than we are used to on YTMND, people call him an emo-f*g. i don't like emos either, but that doesn't mean that *any* expression of emotion is going to lead to breakdown of humor, rock, and life as we know it.
