This ytmnd is not meant to be funny. So, if you were expecting a laugh from this ytmnd, you will probably be disappointed. It's basically me arguing against the notion that we American Citizens are immigrants too, and have no right to require that immigra

The points about Native Americans don't really matter IMO. The problem is that Mexicans have to come to the U.S. illegally because otherwise they wouldn't be let into the country at all. It's easy to say that they should just become "legal" citizens, but the U.S. government is not letting them do that to begin with. I am completely against giving illegal immigrants any rights that legal immigrants have, but if the government really wants to do something about Hispanic immigrants, then it should allow...
You downrated me because you think I need to chill? My problem at this moment, is mainly with the people claiming that we Americans are immigrants because our ancestors took this land from the Native Americans. So, I addressed that. What they have directly done to me, is irrelevant. I'm sure that a lot of Native Americans who got paid for their land, weren't complaining either. But the ones who had it taken by force sure did.
This is Teh suck. The writing is not positioned correctly.
BTW Americans are immigrants, they came over here killed the native americans and named it america. If you wanna argue about this why dont you answer me this, who donated a large amount of cloth to the native americans? A CLOTH FILLED WITH SMALLPOX!!!
Thats right your ancestors where deceptive and sinister enough to move the small pox eppedemic from england to america.
Who gave them right to move there in the first place? search for gold?
Okay, being a non-Hispanic immigrant myself, I have to say that it's pretty unfair that I had to go through a bunch of physical exams, sign a bunch of documents, and have a background check performed on me before entering this country, when millions of others can get in without any of that (admittedly, they do have to risk their lives). It's also unfair that I have to pay taxes in order to get financial aid for college and that I otherwise have to be part of the bureaucracy when they don't.
Paphan, we don't actually disagree on this issue as much as you might think. First off, paying taxes, and getting back ground checks, is just part of being an American citizen. News flash, we almost all have to do it some time or another. And I agree with you 100%, that the illegal immigrants should have to have the same laws as legal ones. They shouldn't get a single benefit for being here illegally.
lol. im not saying you are responsible for your ancestors actions. But what i said just demonstartes that everyone starts off as an immigrant. America was created via invasion, i see that as a forced form of immigration. I dont condone illegal immegration, since american ancestors were illegal immigrants in a sense. the fact that this land was conquered and taken means the ancestors were illegal immigrants. You are not an immigrant since you were born here, but american ancestors were illegal ones.
"You are not an immigrant since you were born here, but American ancestors were illegal ones." First off, as I pointed out in my ytmnd, the land that the native Americans occupied, was not considered a nation. They were just a bunch of scattered tribes, many of which, had no law or order. Not to mention all the land that was not even discovered by the Indians. And like I said, even if they were considered to be a nation, and our ancestors were immigrants, so what? What's your point?
