I saw this on the news this morning. When I first saw the title of this ytmnd, I was thinking it was probably going to be just the raw footage with some stupid music behind it, and I scoffed. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that you turned this into something original and funnier than what it started as, which was merely amusing. Thank you. :D

i dunno if u guys know whats going on here but allow me to phil u in. ya see, the 'chocolate theif' or CT as he with hither to be refered, entered the tour de france to escape from pink jumpsuit. PJ grabed a bike and began chasing after him to get his old bike back (cause well lets face it why ride around on a schwin when he could have his old roll-fast back). the CT saw him and sent what appears to be a dog, but its actually a pikachu to thwart the attempts of PT. i mean the guy is even wearing a pink suit
