State of Sony (according to the internet)

It's probably not as bad as the internet is making it seem. Oh, and if you downvote for Sony bashing... I don't know, I guess you fail at sarcasm.

I know you're being sarcastic but you're depiction's not entirely inaccurate: "The full-year picture for Sony's gaming division was similarly grim, with the PS3 driving an increase in revenue, as well as operating losses. For its full fiscal year 2006, Sony's gaming group posted revenue up 6.1 percent to $8.6 billion, but suffered an operating loss of nearly $2 billion." I do not own any game systems, could care less about fan boys, but video games are getting to be as big of a business as movies.
Eh I wouldn't say that people are saying Sony is going down. It is more likely that they are saying Sony’s video game department is going down. Still, the super cheap blu ray machine that the PS3 can be used for will help it out a lot when HD becomes more popular, especially since blu ray seems to be doing a lot better then HD, and also because you have to pay extra to watch HD-DVD's on the xbox360.
