Nothing was altered except stretching the IMAX 3D poster's size to fit on top of the movie poster, and shifting the opacity of the top layer back and forth between 0% and 100% to construct the animated gif.
I hate to analysis, well no I don't, but it looks like they took two different pictures, and the iMAX one is more of a side view of her body. The regular one looks like her body is turned toward the camera. Not to mention the touch ups in the regular.
I love the humor of the site, but the description takes the cake. Good job!
