it's not penii you waste of flesh, it's from a Latin source "penis" which just means tail, so if anything it would be pluralized "penes." since, however, it's an English word that doesn't have the same meaning as the original Latin it follows the same rules of grammar as any English word and is just "Penises" (pronounced "Penis is")
