Advance your circadian rhythms with a sunrise simulation alarm lamp. I got one, and shortly thereafter I experienced a whirlwind montage in which I drank coffee, got an approving nod from the boss and coworkers, picked my kids up from soccer practice, and shared a knowing smile with my wife before bursting into laughter over some lipstick she found on my collar.
