Why not use some other music, like "One Toke Over the Line" or "Cocaine Blues" or "Coming into Los Angeles"... I mean it wouldn't make it a LOT better but it would rise it above sh*t to something that required thought.

The food and drug act required that labels provide detailed info about exactly what was in food and drugs. This act didn't outlaw any drugs, it simply required that labels of food and drugs containing drugs explicitly label the contained drugs. Marijuana, Cocaine, Opium, ect. weren't even started to be banned until 1937.
