I'll explain it to you. First of all, this stuff didn't actually happen this way in Uncle Buck. The idea behind Murdar's "Klassix Memoriez" series is to satirize the original by re-contextualizing and re-interpreting its material in some absurd way, all the while ironically presenting the material as though it actually was a "memory" or something that did happen.
Mostly, the humour is in the remixture of scenes to create new, often absurd interpretations of the film's material. Quite often the idea is to highlight the more inane aspects of the film, which is why you see so much repetition ("Larry and uh," "I'm an American"). The additions that are made, such as the farts and the guy from the "f*ggot" PSA, really just enhance the irony. The farting is often used to undermine the seriousness of a given scene (though in this site it's more of a liberty taken).
First of all, this site begins with a phone call being made to Harrison Ford, where a guy yells "F*GGOT," and which ends up being Marv screaming "OH GOD," which is just there for the sake of ear rape (and perhaps to evoke the irony of it being another Macaulay Culkin flick). Cutscene to Uncle Buck driving his car and trying to remember the names of his nieces and nephews, only to constantly repeat "Larry and uh" before getting into a car crash (the effect here is similar to the WTF Bomb fad on YTMND).
Also, the car crash seems to highlight Uncle Buck's absent-mindedness and incompetence, for humourous effect. Also humourous is the abruptness of the cut-scene to Uncle Buck introducing himself to Macaulay Culkin's character, where he introduces himself as Uncle F*GGOT (an inside joke involving an old PSA about name-calling), and Macaulay simply says "I'm an american."
The repetition, as I said earlier, and especially the American flag and increased volume, are just ways to emphasize the absurdity of the scene. Next, in what is perhaps the most clever use of the scenes in the film, is the conversation between "Uncle F*GGOT" and a woman who is apparently the mother of the children in question.
Uncle F*ggot is obviously insincere during this exchange, but this insincerity is given an entirely new interpretation in this YTMND, where it shows Uncle F*ggot apparently sodomizing the children, followed by a girl saying "we're gonna really have to start brushing our teeth," a phrase whose meaning is again entirely re-contextualized. Altogether this is a truly hilarious satire of the original, even if it takes a little sophistication to really get it. Try watching it again to see what I mean.
