This isn't racist. If that were a white guy, would it be racist? Is Denzel Washington not allowed to dream of watermelon? You people are the racists, adding racial connotations where there are none. Racism can't die if you, in your ignorant minds, perpetuate it. Just because a stereotype says that black people like watermelons doesn't mean that a black person that likes watermelon must automatically be associated with every other stereotype associated with black people.
That being said, black people, on average, probably do like watermelons. Stereotypes are great for describing the observed patterns of certain groups. To apply any stereotype to an individual, however, is silly. If 75% of black people like watermelon, does that mean that every person likes watermelon 75% of the time? Sorry, I know it's hard math. I'll give you a couple weeks to ponder it.

watermelon 75% of the time? Sorry, I know it's hard math. I'll give you a
couple weeks to ponder it. " You're trying to compare a (made up) racial demographic percentage to a statistic of personal preference in the general populus. Take your pseudo-intellectualism and GTFO. PS Improviser, I laffed hard
Folks, the picture at the end is a reference to another ytmnd. Yes, yes I understand that you're all geniuses and get the joke without it, however what you fail to realize is that there are other people who wouldn't get it. Hell, there are probably people who still don't get it. The humor is still subtle enough even with the picture at the end.
"Thank you. Political Correctness aside, this is no worse than putting a
picture of a nerdy looking guy and making a joke about him liking
computers. " Bad analogy, by this you are assuming that the nerd is white, if he was black, this analogy goes right out the window. You can't confuse racial stereotypes with hobby stereotypes since hobby stereotypes are not racially specific, at least in your examples case
