I don't think anybody should be criticized for bitching. We can't do a thing about it and site admin doesn't seem to care. The #1 spot is usually taken by YTMNDs who are creative and genuinely funny, and that's why they stay there. Sure, originally How To Prank a Telemarketer was funny (although uncreative to the extreme), the only reason it stays there is out of technicality.
