Of all the prime ministers, why Diefenbaker?
February 11th, 2009
(1)
He was, undoubtedly the most underrated, with the possible exception of Meighen, but then Diefenbaker had an actual record to fall back on, and yet, CBC won't get down on their knees and fellate him like they did Trudeau with Colm Feore.
April 25th, 2015
(0)
In fairness, that Trudeau two-parter was pretty damn good. I own the DVD!

I love being Canadian. I wish we still had the ARROW though. MAYBE there's still a scale model somewhere at the bottom of the great lakes.????? This could bring back Canada as a power on the world stage!!!!! Instead of just being america's military bitch and doing all of the USA's dirty work in afghanistan. PEACE

Nitzwalsh, I must say, these YTMNDiefs are quite funny. Translation: OMG LOL WINZZZ!!!11!!1!1!one!1!1eleven!11!!
December 1st, 2006
(0)
okay, i really think this is a funny YTMND because it's just such an out-there parody. however, i do think that it could be easily improved: 1. don't explain it at the end. i mean, honestly, no one understands it anyway, so explaining it just ruins it because it makes people think. 2. the "ah, my head is squished" should have been implemented better. he should say "i mean unemployment." it should just be random like "ah, my head is squished" and then he just moves on. but good work!
December 1st, 2006

should = shouldn't UGHHH this thing needs to let you edit comments or something... or delete them or something.

"I'm james coyle lol" is the "I'm Rick James, Bitch!" of Canada.
April 20th, 2007
(0)
I think it's even funnier because everyone keeps misspelling James COYNE's name.

5'd for putting monetary policy in a YTMND
December 2nd, 2006
(0)
Its intro to macroeconomics all over again.
December 2nd, 2006
(0)
An expansionary monetary policy seems, at least to me, to have been the perfect choice. Raising interest rates during a recession? Unbelievable... the pitfalls of independent central banking.
December 2nd, 2006

More please. 4'd.
December 3rd, 2006

Then again, I'm tempted to give this YTMND a 4 for its obvious Keynesian biases.

December 4th, 2006
(0)
O Canada
December 4th, 2006
(0)
why is this so funny?
(0)
It gets a 5 simply because Canadian politics is a baffling mystery that, when explained, still doesn't make sense, and has no bearing on anything.
December 4th, 2006
(0)
I'm gonna use that for the title of my blog.
