I think you mean "uninteresting." Disinterested (there is no such word as "disinteresting") means "impartial," while uninterested means "lacking interest". The fact that you find noise sites to be uninteresting doesn't negate their value. It's sort of like saying "oh geez anyone can splash paint on a canvas randomly so Jackson Pollack is uninteresting and offensive and could scare away potential new artistic talent." You don't like it, and ultimately that's the beginning and end of your argument.
