^ :P ... the trick to that, with gifs where the camera is steady, is to take a bunch of frames where the person (or whatever) is moving, and crop the person out of all of them. You don't even need to be careful around the edges. Hopefully after you do 5 or 6 frames, if all of them are visible in PhotoShop, the hole is pretty small. Then there's a lot less to fill in, just a little bit of clone tool and you've got a clean empty background. :)
