First of all, don't say "these drawings are crappy and I can do better". It dosen't matter what you can do, it only matters what you actually do. Thinking that way really puts you in a hole when you finally do try your best and you realise maybe you aren't as good as you thought you were. I say that from personal experience. Not to say you shouldn't be critical of your own drawings, you should, but you shouldn't act ashamed of what you've done. I'm a hipocrite but it's still true.
