Well, I stayed-out of the consle bashing until I researched the hardware each system has. And Sony is a Golith compaired to the others. Both of the other companies would have to jump to the next level after this gen to match the hardware capability. Nintendo gave-up, Micro$oft tried too soon. The true processing power of the Cell Chip is almost scary. But the launch games for the PS3 does suck. Majong....wtf?....Ridge Racer, I hate.
That's my point. Despite some impressive numbers, their execution of the whole thing was kinda botched. And the price is, in my opinion, far too high; I would rather have had a less powerful system that -didn't- involve spending what I could get a road-worthy used car for. But I'm sure there will be people who buy it.
