All the people you posed were just very tan white people. However the looter has proven that the senator is incorrect if the situation involves stealing televisions. I know the phrase goes "A picture is worth a thousand words" but if debates could be won with only pictures politics would be owned by photographers. You get a 1 for failing to prove your point.
He had two statements, one a correct generalization, one a background sensitive statement. "blacks are not the greatest swimmers" expresses the trend that blacks have lots of drowning deaths, euphanistally. "may not know how to swim" this isn't that big of a generalization, and is an open ended identification that there is a portion of the african american community that has no experience in swimming, most probably due to socioeconomic reasons
Also, YOU DO NOT KNOW ENOUGH TO RULE OUT GENETIC BASIS OVER ENVIORNMENTAL BASIS!!!!!!!!. It is a definite possiblity, especially considering an extended stay in europe and asia where there are few bad things in the rivers and lakes, versus africa, where it would be an advantageous disposition to avoid water, where terrible terrible people killing things reside: Crocodiles. Look at skin tone versus latitude. Those changes happened to near completion in relatively few generations.
Most probably, drowning rates are a mix of ENVIRONMENT and possibly a genetic influence. Difference in musculature (fast twitch versus other fibers. Also leg muscle is differently shaped at the calves. Africans tend to have very little muscle nearer towards the ankle and more closer to the knees compared to whites. East asians tend to have differently shaped calves as well)
Somehow, I think I could make a YTMND about white people who cant dance and nobody would think its racist. But one about a statistic showing a negative trait the untouchable african-americans have and you're doomed. Good game f*cking losers, every race has its pros and cons, there's almost no f*cking body of water in Africa, its normal blacks didnt develop swimming abilities. What a douche.
bad manners is correct. Why are all the worlds best fastest runners black? I'm sure most of these people crying RACISM would say "they're just better runners than white people". Yes, thats probably true. Why is it that blacks can be better than whites at some things, but whites can't be better than blacks at anything? Get your head out of your a** people.

Racism has two main definitions as a noun: "The belief that race accounts for differences in humans (on a population basis), which is an idea (and apparantly a thought crime, because holding and freely exchanging ideas is not permitted among human beings until approved by government media" and "Discrimination or prejudice based on race." Which is an illegal act.
Am I the only one that doesn't think its that big of a deal? So he made a generalization that has some statistical backing. He said "blacks" as in the black population in general, I'm sure he didn't mean every individual black person. Everyone makes generalizations about certain groups of people, groups that are separated by factors outside of their control (height, wearing glasses, etc), so why should race issues get such special attention?
Though it's certainly no good to generalize like that, I have found it to be true for the most part. I've had to undergo Marine Corps swim qual multiple times, so I have seen alot of people swim (whether they wanted to or not) Guess the skin color of the majority of the guys in the remedial swim pool. Honestly, it has to do with the fact that inner-city kids don't do much swimming. But thats another can 'o worms.
