Richard Hirst from Scientology is complaining with a lawyer to Shawn Lonsdale. Shawn has him talking on his critic video on a public street.

^k, if its called fair game then why does everyone complain and say its immoral when Scientologists do the exact same thing? If you're going to use the same immoral tactics of harassment that Scientologists do to their enemies, then you can't complain about their tactics being immoral without being a hypocrite, among other things.
This YTMND is complaining about it. Its portraying Scientology in a negative light (rightly so) for giving out personal information in an attempt to harass an enemy of the Church, while it turns around and does the same thing. Its a textbook example of hypocrisy. Comparing it to a war with nuclear weapons is the fallacy of questionable analogy, btw. The two things aren't similiar enough to compare one to the other. Unless you believe their tactics are okay, you can't morally justify using them. Saying...

Good. this ytmnd doesnt help this particular case, but anything that psreads awareness of scientology's evils is a good step toward halting scientology's spread. Imagine whaty would happen if these psychoes became as big as christianity?! They would start to control the government and all sort of crazy sh*t would go down.

NoAstrology. He harassed a man in the way this ytmnd wants to harass him.This isnt necessarily hipocrisy, because this man and his cult harassed someone that simply peacefully protested him. They want to harass a scientologist who is NOT innocent, like the man he harassed. They are giving the Scientology what he gave the protester, although less. It would be true hipocrisy if the scientologist had been protesting YTMND peacefully, or protesting the protester.
Wait, you're saying that this Fitzgerald guy is a Scientologist, but how can you be certain? Scientology denied it. That doesn't mean much, but it -could- be just some random crazy guy.
