So multiply that 1,200 Calorie ice cream serving so that's 1,200,000 calories. That 6,126 calories it takes to warm up the ice cream leaves about 1,193,000 calories left to burn. If you wanted to burn those extra calories using this method, drink 1,193 liters of ice cold water. But watch out, you may die from hypothermia.
