There's a high correlation between mental illness and homelessness. A huge percentage of homeless people were mentally ill before becoming homeless. The continued progression of their illness plus no medical care pretty muchs makes them doomed. Many others are drug addicts who, like the latter, didn't get the help that would have kept them off the street.
Well, it is true americanflag. Like I had said, most homeless people have other problems which separate them from reality in a way which makes it impossible to get access to most assistance programs that would get them cleaned up. It's not as simple of an issue as people like to make it, that's my point.
