It is true. Back at the formation of the Nazis, Hitler was approached by a fascist faction of aliens. They wished to unify the primitive civilisations of the universe (like us, the Felari, the Vegans, etc), and liberate their homeworld, which was currently under a state of emotional repression. The name Nazi was not a german anagram, it was the name of the fascist union of lesser races. The nazis on Earth were refused help from the larger forces, confident that primal human ferocity would win the war.
