Max makes the cover of "Wired" !
Created on: July 21st, 2006
Back in the mid-90s, I thought Wired Magazine was pretty cool - they talked about things I'd never heard of and ran pieces by William Gibson, etc. Now, a decade later, they're still just as relevant and timely as "National Lampoon" is still funny.

Flux Magazine had a description of the "Liu Kang masturbating" glitch in Mortal Kombat, a positive review of Amorphis' "Tales From The Thousand Lakes" and an interview with Glenn Danzig, all in the span of two issues. therefore it is the best magazine of all time. Even though it only lasted those two issues. Or maybe three.
I actually like Wired as is. I know your beef and it's absolutely valid. I just like having a huge magazine of disconnected sh*t to soothe my ADD mind. I was going to interview Max a year ago for a freelance piece that I was gonna shop to Wired. never got around to it. Looks like with the sh*t they ran, it's for the better - they wouldn't have known what to do with my article.
