Yeah I know, I meant I actually had to sign for it as in they could make sure that I received my letter but they couldn't at least take care of it enough so that it doesn't look like it sat in a rain gutter. When I got the letter my first reaction was, "WTF?" and all the lady told me was, "We don't know what happened to it."
Another +UCSD. Did you get this from mailservices? One time the returned all my mail to sender b/c they had the name on the box wrong. Then, they lost the mail and their exact response to my accusation that they lost it was, "We don't lose mail!! We just don't know where your's is right now." (Exact words, honest to God).
