Lol I used to build up the park as best as I could and after I achieved the goal I would do something along those lines and close the park (like hills in the way) so noone would leave

it was funny as i made this because at that same time i got an award for having the safest park. i cut it off though because i was going for a good loop and the park rating dropped down to 0.
