On further research, I can comclude that the famous Connery photo does take place to the right of this pic(already posted btw)

The same builing is in both pictures. This is a small revelation, but a revelation none the less. It proves the pic was taken very close to the time the first pic was taken.
"isnt it from the movie that the quote "You're the man now, dog!" is from?" NO. The picture and sound do NOT match (an odd quirk of the site), and some of the links in the comments here pretty much prove they are from different places and times, since they show Connery at a premiere event with the same clothes and background.
So what do we have so far.. It's from cannes festival 1999, with sean connery and catherine zeta-jones respresenting the movie "Entrapment". There is 30,100 founds when you google pictures of Sean Connery, we just have a sh*tload of pictures to go through; but we will find it. Max found it on Google and we will too.

Photo was most likely taken at the Cannes Film Festival in May of 1999. Going here:

and checking out the bottom few rows or so reveals the outfit and pieces of the background. I think "barson" is the name of the photographer..
