most amazing thing i've learned in college
DISCLAIMER: PERFORM AT OWN RISK! (SAFETY NOT GUARANTEED!) a neat trick thats really got to be done first hand to be fully appreciated. basically, you microwave any foil-backed wrapper for a few seconds, and it will shrink.

What's the point of it? Or is that the point? That there is no point?
July 4th, 2006
(0)
informative. seems bad for the microwave though.
July 4th, 2006
(0)
what is up with stupid down voters? this ytmnd was very informative and cool
July 4th, 2006
(0)
Hahaha, well made.
July 4th, 2006
(-1)
Music was putrid, the "knowledge" was ridiculous and unnecessary, and I just wasted 30 seconds of my life that I will never get back. "Baking, LOL" saves you from a 1.

amazing, if you put a lightbulb in a glass of water in the microwave the lightbulb lights up...oddly, i learned that in math class sophomore year.
July 4th, 2006
(0)
Is this seriously the most amazing thing you've ever learned?

(0)

(0)
i really dont give if a f*ck about shrinking chip bags
(0)
slice a grape in half and place them next to each other (flat sides up) and watch the blue lightning
July 4th, 2006
(0)
That's so ridiculously unsafe, but if it's only a few seconds, you'll probably be able to get away with it without injury.
July 4th, 2006
(0)
bored much?
July 4th, 2006

You should see what happens to a CD when you microwave it :)
July 4th, 2006
(0)
You might get better results by rinsing out the bags first to remove crumbs.
July 4th, 2006
(0)
I thought this was funny and well animated. I also like how the author stayed around to help people to do this the best way possible.

(0)
5'd. 2006-07-03 22:57:58 GobanzoMon just watch somebody burn their house down doing this. haha i said the same thing
July 4th, 2006
(0)
I don't think those lumps are crumbs. I washed one out and tried it, and it was still as bupy as ever. And, it works with big chip bags. I cut one in half so it could fit in the microwave, and it ended up the same size as the small one.
July 4th, 2006
(0)
are you trying to get me to set my house on fire?
July 4th, 2006
(0)
Holy sh*t. And He is right. SAFETY NOT GUARENTEED!!!!

July 4th, 2006
(0)
haha, pointless.
July 4th, 2006
(0)
Knew how to do this when I was 7, but I did it in the oven.
July 4th, 2006
(0)
You can do it in regular fires too, though you won't be able to get them out, but the shrinking process is extremely cool
July 4th, 2006
(0)
hey, good song/beat choice. cool trick, too.

IT looks awesome -- the effort and style of the animation...almost a movie. very nice. but stupid. stupid stupid stupid. some dumbass 12 year old is going to blow up his microwave now cause he wants to get it REALLY tiny!
July 4th, 2006
(0)
people need to realize that metal will not destroy a microwave or make it blow up.(as long as it's not rubing on the edges) This is awsome.
July 4th, 2006
(0)

July 4th, 2006
(0)
Many years back in middle school I used to do this. I would sell the post-shrunk bags for 2 dollars a piece. You'd be surprised at how many people bought them. Surprised at how few people know about this little trick.
July 4th, 2006
