apparently people aren't looking at the original image and thinking stratos only photoshopped the heads in this picture. Let me explain what I believe he did: Replaced the sky (which would also let you cover up parts of the characters you don't want shown), erased the parts of the sky where the original bodies should be, added Batman + Tom Cruise + Picard's head + Stephanie's Head, blended the colors in perfectly and added reflections based on the new stuff he photoshopped in.
