thanks - yea, the problem isn't the sync, since the files are exactly the same length, but the gif is on the large size so slowdown is a problem... i want to see if i can make it any smaller

thanks! just as a note though, the sync is fine, works perfectly on mine and several other computers ive seen... the file is on the larger side tho, so the animation might experience some slowdown on some computers, which will make it look like its not syncing
