This can actually be done. Steps: Download sound and image from YTMND (note: image cannot be animated). Create playlist in iTunes with the sound in it. Assign image as album art. Then put playlist on iPod, tell the iPod to repeat the song, and enjoy. For full screen press middle button until you get to the image.
