Ever notice, like, when some downvoter leaves a comment like 'sux go suck a cock' they have a site average of like 1.80, or no sites at all?

The edit isn't perfect, but the idea is great, and otherwise well-executed.

COulda downloaded the regular loop from steamsteamlol.ytmnd.com (by viewing source) rather than make your own that doesn't loop correctly. =/

i did use the steamlol. I just converted it to mp3 because of the reason I stated: sites that I upload with wavs here lose their sound for some strange reason

had potential...fix the loop of the music and gif. you need a wav

state of mind - just uploaded the wav, and still didn't make a sound. So I took it down and replaced it quick

One of Max's recent updates blocked this from occuring. But if you open a new window and immediately close it, you'll be able to downvote. The easiest way is to open 10 sites, then downvote those 10. (I don't think it'll let you vote on a site that wasn't in your last 10 viewed.) Still lets you downvote relatively quickly when someone pisses you off (by making an anti-EBW site, for example.)
