I think the YTMND community would have found this by now. Think about it this way. It was probably a remixed song by a user. You know, someone combines two or three super sweet obscure techno songs into one thirty second real? People do that all of the time. So it would be literally impossible to find the name. Also, if someone found out the name, it would ruin all of the fun of being stumped!
OK, I'M BACK. Unfortunately, I can't find the copy of Timesplitters 3. This sounds a LOT like my favorite game composer, Graeme Norgate (he has an entry on imdb.com), specifically timesplitters 3. I'm only sorry I can't confirm =( if it turns out to be right I hope I can still have a share. Mr. Norgate's music kicks absolute ass, but he is not limited in genre. Definitely play the games and listen to his stuff, it RULES.
