Oh, of course, a surprise attack on the Pacific fleet at Pearl Harbor was an absolutely inevitable consequence of embargo. And Japan is so resource-poor, they just had to overrun the rest of Asia.

"to force a resource-poor Japan into war"? Japan had been at war with it's neighbor's making itsself into a formidable power for nearly two decades before Pearl Harbor. Sorry to force the issue, Japan.

What the f*ck are you talking about, thats true. They also let the Germans go about the holocaust and didn't stop them. The American government needed a reason to go to war, forcing Japanese Aggression, and German Barabarism gave Americans support for a war we were going to enter anyway.
