Fixed it so the timer doesn't tick. It still won't loop seamlessly (notice the clouds jump, too), but it's less distracting.

If Sonic's going too slow, make sure you look at it in Mozilla Firefox (if you have it). There's no way to speed up the animation for other browsers without making it suck.
