he armed saddam, middl east terrorist groups and militas, you are ignorant to reality, iranians were not afraid of him cuz he was arming him, and saddam as well, he is not the greatest president, patriots don't fund terrorists groups, don't train terrorists, don't make orders and laws that destroy the constitution and certainly don't endanger our rights, you must love the iran contra scandal, yeah he was the greatest, you must think bush is the greatest as well, reagan did NOT single-handedly end the cold war, that takes from BOTH sides.
More whining from someone who's obviously upset that the US actually won the cold war. Rex 84 was a contingency plan in case of a major disruption (like say, nuclear attack, national uncontrolled rioting, etc), that's all. It's nothing new though, Reagan didn't start it; similar plans have been around for 40-50 years at least. Now it's just a rallying cry for conspiracy nutters who take a nugget of truth and try to build a gold mine out of it.
