And yeah, they really take Bionocle way too far now. I remember the Artic sets, the Pirates, the Knights. All so good and perfect. It really influenced me. Now kids today just seem to do nothing but play video games, that, and Legos are lame now. Well, I'm off to go unearth my legos and build with them.
I loved the alien sets... Eventually both my LEGOs & especially my (far superior - they take skill) Knex degenerated into one giant resource pile of which I built monstrous custom things. I made a full (and working - though not automatic) theme park of Knex & an Air Force of LEGOs. A 2 foot bomber & 8 foot tower drop...
