While I know its fake, and the fact that apr1 ties into it just reinforces that, but in theory what do you guys think the governments of the countries involved would want to do if this got leaked? Of course they'd want to discredit it and so forth. Now a little research shows that this instance is in fact fake, but it's generally wise to do some background checking on hoaxes like this
Oh god... This reminds me of a true story where a man would hold random people hostage, torture them and eject various chemicals into their brain making them move around in a zombie-like state for days. They would be unconscious, but their brain and the chemicals reacting would cause them to waltz around and be unimaginable.
Gladly, this story is fake, but there is another similar one. One that happened in Africa if I remember correctly. A virus broke out in a small town, soon inflicting much larger areas.
