Yeah...
Square could make a lot of money by remaking CT with 3d and modern tech. They would simply have to obey the seemingly simple rule of sticking with the original story. Hell, they could even buy the sh*t from the various remake projects that is already finished. Its one thing to cease and desist if they had any plans of doing a remake, but for the reason under which they did... for shame... for square.
