Fight the man. Or at least fight the guy who used to be the man, but then failed as a company and has resorted to petty lawsuits that have no legal grounding. Yes, their claim has no legal grounding. Look up the legal decision on the court case regarding max vs. that nerdy guy from that old sitcom. Obvious parodies are free from copyright laws regarding the use of logos and other copyrighted materials. The same lack of legal grounding is what stopped scientologists from suing max's *ss to oblivion.
