would you like to swing on a star

Well, theme night sort of failed, but that can partly be blamed on my apathy. I feel it is my duty to open you guys up to culture that you will never be exposed to yourselves, so I'm going to try and continue doing it.
In other news, lulzcon is the first "conference" that has officially invited the ytmnd community into their fold. There will be a YTMND Liaison on site and ROY4L has designed a shirt specially for lulzcon and we are going to see about printing a batch up. So if you are near Chicago or willing to travel, buy tickets soon because they are selling out.
In an unrelated note, Nicholas Gurewitch, author of The Perry Bible Fellowship comic is releasing a book. While I don't know him, I've admired his art for quite a long time, and I'm sure a lot of you have too. So support a real artist and pre order his book, which should be nothing short of spectacular.
Now that I've told you how to spend your money, I can let you know I took a break from working on the API to set up a ytmnd counter strike: source server, mainly so I can log in occasionally and get killed by all of you.
On that note I'm going to the beach for the first time all summer and hope that my pasty translucent skin doesn't scare too many people off. good day.
