Well folks, it's that time of year again.
Sega is trying to take away your first amendment rights to make fun of their furry little characters.

Haha Frank, you know it's not going to go down like that. If this site was populated by rational adults, maybe, but this place has a history of forum raiding, "DDoS"ing (which refreshing over and over is not)... most of the replies are already "OMG RAID 4 GRAET JUSTICE". As long as no one officially encourages them and they act of their own accord, it's cool, but... you've got to look at things in context. I just think that one sentence is pointless, the fanbois are already getting pimples over this.

Fanfare = a forum handle, used by the ytmnder typogra who also uses the name directory who is also a male. The pictures that are used on the forum handle Fanfare are of a person that is not Fanfare or typogra or directory, although the online personality associated with the images of that girl is called Fanfare and is used by a person who is a male. Thus, Fanfare is not a camwhore, and he probably has no tits. However, if the girl whose images are used were to give max a camshow... I won't speculate

1) Poor Max--he deals with ridiculous lawsuits from the most retarded of people and he still manages to get 20% of YTMNDers calling him a loser for some reason.
2) "Forum raiding" or similar concepts (when done appropiately) are excellent ways for the masses to wrestle the power away from the few. Props to "forum raiders."
3 HeatherChandler is either married to the Sega lawyer or is upset because Max spurned her advances and refused to look at her hairy boobs.
"Forum raiding" is an excellent way to feel like you're big and tough on the internets when really even a three-year-old could kick your ass. Sometimes people really deserve to be screwed, like Hal Turner who threatened people's lives because he was such a big e-toughy. But wow, Sega sent macks a letter, standard f*cking operating procedure, now let's freak out and make 100,000 unfunny sites about it and declare victory before the war is even over. To HeatherChandler: Yes, that can be one negative reason why people do that, but the masses banding together throughout history is what has kept the species alive for so long. Fighting together with other equals can be "gay" if they do it for the reason you describe but it is still better and completely different than fighting together for the benefit of the ruling elite which you compare it to. Your main weapon has unlimited firepower. You can hold down the "B" button for continuous firing. Your secondary weapons (scattered on the surface of Naju) are limited by your Power Chip maximum and the number of Power Chips you are carrying.
Some secondary weapons consume more Power Chips than others. Some of the aliens drop items (including Power Chips) when they're killed. You can pick up these items by walking or flying over them. Some of the items dropped must be blasted open before
you can get them.

I agree with many of the comments made by Heather in regards to the Sonic thing getting overblown only I wouldn't have used as harsh a way of communicating it. SEGA used to be American, but apparently they praise... not just Japanese people, but Yuji Naka, ugh. Thank him for getting rid of the original creator of Sonic, the cancellation of Sonic Xtreme, and the disbanding of the Sega Technological Institute. What did SEGA do after Yuji did this? Why, they gave him Ferraris. Don't worry about the original creator of Sonic (Naoto Oshima), he helped make the Silent Hill games, and produced Yoshi's Island DS.
