rollback

dear ytmnd friends,

I accidently deleted a few hundred thousand users and around 400,000 sites. I had to restore from a backup which means we lost about 18 hours of YTMND time. Around 1000 ytmnds were never made, tens of thousands of votes were never made, and thousands of comments were never made.

you can thank syncan and adverb for all of this. also grey goose.

Very odd. I thought for sure it was a hack. When I posted a YTMND someone or some thing changed around the .gif and the .wav file to something entirely different. I had originally posted a blank space and a .wav of howling wind. It ended up changing to a Queen song and Dancing Seinfeld characters.
