I thought now might be a good time to reopen the site. YTMND's anniversary is coming up this week. Also, the world is being plunged into chaos, millions of people are stuck inside with nothing to do other than dick around on the internet, and the last few weeks have provided me with ample time to narrow my focus. So welcome back.
The first thing I'd like to do is thank the patreons without whom likely would never have happened. While patreon donations aren't paying for my labor or the site's hardware in any meaningful way, they are paying for the hosting, and more importantly, it showed me that there are a diverse group of people out there who care about preserving the site enough to throw some money at it. They're the reason you won't see ads on the site.
I'll try to briefly go over what has happened since the site went down last year. If you've been following this you can skip over the next few paragraphs.
I purchased a bunch of new hardware last year and migrated all of YTMND's physical server infrastructure (some as old as 2006) to virtual machines to keep subdomains up in the meantime. Since then I've rebuilt all of the site's infrastructure to be using the new hardware and modern software. It required a lot more work than I expected mainly because the site and servers have remained mostly untouched since the last major update in 2011 (outside of a small bit of work done in 2014).
The site loader/player has been completely rewritten to work in modern browsers without any need for flash to synchronize or play audio. This has the added benefit of allowing us to play more types of audio with better compression, and making all YTMNDs work on mobile browsers. The downside of this is that it makes autoplaying very difficult, but more on that later.
A lot of other little things as well that I won't bore you with. I wanted to go over some stuff I have planned in the near and far future as well.

Patreon Stuff
There are a few things I want to do for Patreons. I need to look into integration so you can link your patreon account to your YTMND account. This would allow me to pass out custom username colors for patreons and have a nice page that lists all of the past and current patreons to give them a thanks. I would also like to have an automated system so for each dollar patreons give, they'd get the same amount of credit for site sponsorship as they see fit.
Security Stuff
Now that we have our own private router/firewall and switch, and the site and servers are significantly more secure. I've also managed to get everything on HTTPS, so until the government makes it illegal, you can view YTMNDs without getting snooped on. Password hashing is being upgraded to modern recommendations as well. I want to work towards creating GDPR tool so people can see/delete/download all of the data we have on them (it isn't much).
YTMND autoplay
Now that YTMND plays audio with HTML5 instead of Flash, autoplay is fairly limited, meaning for the time being we have a play button on each YTMND. There are a few hacky workarounds for this, and I need to do some more research but hopefully I can get something in that won't be too clunky.
There are a number of other features big and small that I would like to get in, but depending on the interest level of the community, we'll see what floats.

I thought (at least in regards to what I could afford) the $5 dollar patreon tier is a donation if a bunch of us made even once aside from the regular patrons, it'd probably make a lot of difference for an amount most of us could spare.

Lindsey Graham is one of the worst republicans ever. Complete worthless warmonger and authoritarian. Total crook who takes money from probably the worst companies in America. His only redeeming feature I am aware of is that he stood against Nancy Mussolini and Adam Schitt of Commiefornia. Seriously, I wonder if America would be better off if he died from an aneurysm right now.
And Dick Blummenthal of Commieticut literally has no redeeming features, except for probably being less bloodthirsty towards helpless foreigners than the republican with a girls name from South Carolina.
