"Ikemen" is the Japanese slang term for "good-looking man." Funiki means "atmosphere," so Funiki-Ikemen is another slang term that's used to describe guys that aren't considered good-looking, but because of their clothes or hair, they give off an aura of being good-looking.
Futsu means "normal" and the Japanese slang term for an average-looking guy is Futsumen.
