Hawaii Says Yes to Fairer Votes

Hawaii have recently adopted AV (or IRV as they call it over there) to elect their House of Representatives.
Another example of a country replacing FPTP with a fairer system.
Britain will get a similar chance in a referendum on 5th of May.
