I appreciate the attempt here, but it really looks like you didn't put any effort into this at all. It's kind of obvious that you grabbed the first image and sound of water that you could find. The image does not give the effect of running water (a slow drip, maybe).
I have to say, though, that it is very refreshing to see a first site from an inexperienced user that isn't trying--and failing miserably--to be funny. For that, I'll bump my vote up to a 3.
