If preloader doesn't load the foreground, sit tight. It'll start. Utilizing an animated png for gradient transparency on top of an animated gif. First time I tried using an animated png so if there's any problems, let me know. Should work fine in most browsers. There's a couple cut-off problems, but ah well, good enough.
