SAMUS IS UNDER FIRE.
I don't know, I thought the Prime games had plenty of atmosphere. It just didn't match Super Metroid in any way. The moody music combined with the dark, alien palette made the game unsettling. The fact that the game was actually GOOD helped too; a huge planet to explore and the ability to explore it any way you wanted if you felt like learning the tricks to sequence break made the game playable in many different ways.
No, this is absolutely the item room music, but does play near some elevators as well. However, this is the first missile power up in Old Tourian. The music that actually should be playing here is 'Crateria - Raining' but I didn't want to go to the next power up held by a Chozo (Bombs) because I'm lazy.
