and also, the OFFICAL name of the sound effect is "Screams 3; Man, Gut-wrenching Scream And Fall Into Distance" and is available in the "Hollywood Edge Premiere Edition 1" sound effects library. I believe the sound effect's creator is Lon Bender.

The Terran Academy building noise is where its most prominent for me. It pissed me off a lot having to hear it so much. Thank you for raising awareness about this satanic sound effect.

I just assumed you'd forget Ahhhh Real Monsters, and you didn't, so +1. I remember being little and going "hey, that cartoon and Dark Forces have the same scream!" I've never seen some of those movies, but the scream really doesn't seem to fit. Like the guy finding the dude in the bathroom. Looks overboard.

Another cesspit of overused grunts and moans is Goldeneye 007. When you shoot any guard or if you shoot Natalya, you hear the worst stock noises ever, but I overlook them since GE is one of favorites.
